The French Institute in Egypt is hosting the exhibition À la Recherche du Petit Prince by Léon Dubois from March 3rd to 29th, 2024. This exhibition offers a captivating exploration of the timeless tale of The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
After a one-month research residency at the ARD Art Institution gallery, Dubois investigated the crash of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry in Egypt and collected contemporary traces of the Le Petit Prince in Cairo’s history.
The exhibition, part of a global project covering cities visited by Saint-Exupéry, participatory also with students of the Lycée français du Caire, le Lycée International Balzac and the Department of Modern Arabic Instruction who participated actively in the workshops and whose work took part in the exhibition.
