We are proud to highlight four remarkable women in Orange Egypt whose careers are defined by ambition, resilience, and passion. As key members of their executive teams, these trailblazers prove that with determination, anything is possible. As we honor their success, we also recognize the importance of celebrating women who continually push boundaries, challenge expectations, and pave the way for future generations.

AMANI SADEK

Chief People & Facilities Officer, Orange Egypt

Amani Sadek

Amani Sadek brings over 25 years of experience to her role as Chief People & Facilities Officer at Orange Egypt. Joining the company in 1998, Amani initially started her career at Deloitte as an Auditor before moving to Schneider Group, where she focused on Accounting and Administration. Her transition to Orange Egypt marked the beginning of a transformative journey from Finance to Human Resources, where she has made a significant impact.

Throughout her tenure, Amani has led numerous key initiatives, including driving the digitalization of HR processes and successfully implementing the HRMIS system across multiple HR functions. Her work in Compensation & Payroll, Performance Management, and employee empowerment has been pivotal in shaping the company’s human resources strategies.

Amani’s leadership is defined by her commitment to fostering a diverse and thriving workforce, building a positive environment, and empowering individuals. She believes in the power of time management, prioritization, and celebrating both professional and personal accomplishments to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Her advice to women in Egypt is simple yet powerful: believe in your potential, step beyond your comfort zones, seek mentorship, and embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.

MAHA NAGY

Chief Communications Officer, Orange Egypt

Maha Nagy

Maha Nagy is a seasoned communications leader with 18 years of experience in marketing, having worked across both FMCG and telecom sectors. Joining Orange Egypt in 2017 as the Chief Communications Officer, Maha has a proven track record in brand management and strategic communications. Before joining Orange, she had a successful career with major global companies, including Henkel, Johnson & Johnson, and PepsiCo. At PepsiCo, she led innovative marketing campaigns and played a key role in shaping the company’s brand strategy across the Middle East and North Africa region.

Maha’s transition to the telecommunications industry, including a key role at Vodafone Egypt, sharpened her skills in leading brand communication functions and implementing strategies that transformed the company’s operations and improved key performance indicators.

At Orange Egypt, Maha is focused on leading and supporting the company’s new transformational strategy, positioning the brand as a leader in the telecom sector. She emphasizes the importance of empowering individuals, especially women, through inclusive communication strategies and diversity initiatives.

Maha believes that women need the right tools and opportunities to thrive, and encourages them to keep learning, embrace new opportunities, and focus on continuous self-improvement. She advocates for creating strong support systems and embracing challenges as part of the path to success.

RANIA GHARIB

Chief Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Officer, Orange Egypt

Rania Gharib

Rania Gharib has more than 18 years of expertise in telecommunications laws, corporate governance, and regulatory affairs. She joined Orange Egypt in 2017, bringing with her a wealth of experience gained from her role as Vice President for Legal and Regulatory Affairs at Telecom Egypt. Rania also has a distinguished background in corporate governance, having served as a board member on several telecom company boards, including Vodafone.

With a Master’s Degree in Law and as a registered lawyer in Cairo, Rania is an expert in competition laws, consumer protection, and dispute resolution. Her vast experience in navigating complex legal and regulatory landscapes has made her a key player in shaping Orange Egypt’s legal and compliance strategies.

For Rania, achieving work-life balance is an ongoing journey. She encourages professionals, especially women, to find solutions that allow them to excel both personally and professionally. Rania believes that hard work, continuous skill improvement, and self-confidence are the cornerstones of career advancement. She also advocates for seeking mentorship and surrounding oneself with supportive networks to successfully navigate the challenges of the legal profession.

TANIA ASMAR MOGHAIZEL

Chief of Staff, Climate, Transformation, and Governance Officer, Orange Egypt

Tania Asmar

Tania Asmar Moghaizel has been with Orange Egypt since 2016, where she has held various influential roles, including her current position as Chief of Staff, Climate, Transformation, and Governance Officer. In addition to her strategic role, she also serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee. Tania’s career spans over 15 years within the Orange Group, having also spent a decade as Senior Legal Counsel at Orange SA, gaining vast experience in corporate governance, legal strategy, and transformation projects.

Tania’s leadership has been instrumental in driving some of Orange Egypt’s most significant initiatives, including leading the company’s highest capital increase of 750 million euros and navigating its delisting during a challenging financial period. She also spearheaded the “FOCUS” transformation program and Orange Egypt’s first ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) report.

A passionate advocate for sustainability, Tania was appointed Chief Climate Officer in 2022, where she has championed projects related to energy efficiency and circular economy practices, supporting Orange Egypt’s journey towards a net-zero carbon goal.

Tania is a firm believer that nothing is impossible and her career is a testament to resilience, self-development, and proactivity. She encourages women to embrace challenges and seize opportunities for growth, emphasizing the importance of hard work and determination in achieving long-term success. Outside of work, she maintains a strong work-life balance by dedicating time to physical activity and spending quality time with her family.
